Something special is coming to Gilbert…
and I are combining our knowledge and expertise to invite you to a morning of Wellness & Awareness — an intimate gathering designed to help you slow down, learn something new, and reconnect with yourself.
The wellness industry can feel overwhelming — so much information, so many products, and constant questions about what’s truly right for your body.
The Inside Out Wellness Experience, is designed to bring clarity, education, and embodied understanding. Each gathering blends practical wellness knowledge with nurturing, physical experiences to help you reconnect with what your body truly needs.
This experience is being co-hosted by two women who are deeply passionate about helping others feel their best:
✨ Lucy Mitchell – Yoga Teacher & Reiki Master who guides people through calming movement, energy work, and powerful restorative practices.
✨ Tracey Kaster – Certified Holistic Health Coach and host of The Good Life podcast, focused on sustainable wellness, nutrition, and helping women reclaim their energy and confidence.
Together we’re bringing a beautiful morning experience that includes:

✨ Meaningful connection
We are intentionally keeping this event small (just 20 guests) so it stays relaxed, personal, and truly restorative.
