I didn’t beat debilitating anxiety and panic disorder with mindset hacks. I didn’t “think positive” my way out.
I fixed it by changing what I fed my body.
#1 - I eliminated added PUFA (polyunsaturated fatty acids)
#2 - I stopped starving my nervous system
#3 - I learned how to use real food as a calming signal instead of a stressor.
That’s when the panic stopped. Not overnight, but predictably, and I understood why it worked.
👉 Anxiety follows rules.
Most people just never learn them.
