307 Core Studio

307 Core Studio NeurOptimal® neurofeedback for nervous system regulation & brain wellness in Wyoming.

307 Core Studio supports nervous system regulation and overall brain wellness using NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback®, a non-invasive, drug-free brain training system. We are currently in a Founder beta phase, intentionally serving a small group before opening a full, permanent studio location. Founder Sessions are designed to be:
• calm and supportive
• personalized and intentionally limited
• free from pressure, labels, or hype

NeurOptimal® does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. Sessions are passive and informational, allowing the brain to recognize patterns and self-adjust naturally over time. This phase allows us to build something grounded, ethical, and human-first starting with nervous system support for real life.

Neurofeedback Explained – Part 6

Living in Gillette means long winters, demanding schedules, and carrying more than we often admit.

Most people are taught to push through stress.

But your nervous system still needs a way to recover.

Neurofeedback offers a non invasive, drug free way to support how your brain adapts and responds to stress over time.

At 307 CORE Studio, sessions are designed to support:

Stress recovery
Better sleep
Improved focus
Emotional resilience
Nervous system flexibility

We serve Gillette and surrounding Campbell County families who are looking for a more proactive approach to nervous system health.

If you’re local and curious what it feels like, INTRO sessions are open.

Neurofeedback Explained – Part 5

This work isn’t just about wellness. It’s about access.

In Wyoming, many people drive hours for care or wait months to get support.

That doesn’t work for busy families, professionals, or anyone trying to stay afloat while life keeps moving.

307 CORE Studio was created to bring nervous system support into the community.

Closer.
Simpler.
More accessible.

Because support should not feel out of reach.

If you’re local to Gillette and curious what neurofeedback feels like, demo sessions are open.

Neurofeedback Explained – Part 4

One of the most common questions I get is what actually happens during a neurofeedback session.

At 307 CORE Studio in Gillette, we use NeurOptimal Dynamical Neurofeedback as a general wellness tool to support nervous system regulation.

Nothing is pushed.
Nothing is forced.
Nothing is diagnosed or treated.

The system simply provides the brain with information about its own activity, allowing it to make its own adjustments over time.

Many people report feeling calmer, more grounded, and better able to manage daily stress. Every nervous system is different, so experiences can vary.

If you’re local and curious what a session feels like, intro sessions are open.

Neurofeedback Explained – Part 3

Not everyone is looking for therapy.
Not everyone wants medication.

And sometimes people have tried both and still feel stuck.

That doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.

Your nervous system may simply be operating in survival mode.

When that happens, it can show up as feeling constantly on edge, exhausted, overstimulated, or like you are always managing yourself.

At 307 CORE Studio in Gillette, our neurofeedback sessions are designed to support the system that holds everything together.

Your nervous system.

If you’re local and curious what neurofeedback feels like, intro sessions are open.

New blog is up this week.

If you’ve tried therapy, supplements, meditation, or every stress hack you can find and still feel stuck, you’re not alone.

Sometimes it isn’t about effort. It’s about nervous system patterns and how quickly your body can recover from stress.

In this week’s blog I explain the difference between coping with stress and actually changing the pattern underneath it.

If you’ve been doing all the right things but still don’t feel better, this may help connect some dots.

Neurofeedback Explained – Part 2

Yesterday I talked about something most people in Wyoming understand well — pushing through.

Strength is part of the culture here. We work hard, carry a lot, and keep going even when life is demanding.

But even strong nervous systems need recovery.

At 307 CORE Studio in Gillette, we use NeurOptimal® neurofeedback to support nervous system regulation, stress recovery, focus, sleep, and overall wellness.

This isn’t therapy.
It isn’t medical treatment.

It’s structured nervous system training that helps the brain become more flexible and resilient over time.

Over the next few videos I’ll explain how neurofeedback works, what sessions feel like, and who it tends to help most.

If you’re local and curious what it feels like, intro sessions are open.

Living in Wyoming requires resilience.

Long winters.
Hard work.
Showing up even when you’re exhausted.

Most of us were taught to push through stress, not recover from it.

But your nervous system still keeps the score.

Neurofeedback supports the brain’s natural ability to reorganize patterns, improving recovery, focus, and regulation over time.

Inside 307 CORE Studio in Gillette, this is the work we focus on. Training flexibility so your system can shift out of stress and back into stability.

If you’re local and curious what that feels like, demo sessions are open.

There’s a difference between stimulating your nervous system and training it.

Cold exposure and quick hacks create temporary shifts.

Flexibility training supports long term recovery capacity.

For thosein Gillette looking for stability, not spikes, structured neurofeedback is a different approach.

If you’re curious what that feels like, you can book a demo through the link in bio.
