You got a front row seat to the thoughts in my head… but let me ask you this—

What are yours saying?

When you stop and reflect, does your mind go straight to:
“I should’ve…”
“I could’ve…”
“I would’ve…”

…instead of:
“Look how far I’ve come.”
“Look at what I’ve handled.”
“Look at what I continue to show up for every single day.”

It’s wild, right?
We can hype up everyone around us.
Celebrate their wins.
Encourage them. Support them.
But when it comes to ourselves?
Silence… or criticism.

What if you flipped that?
What if you started giving yourself the same recognition you so freely give others?
Because— bottom line—you’re doing more than you give yourself credit for.

Join me next week for my very first virtual “I did it!” Challenge if you’re ready to shift that perspective…
In just 7 days, you’ll learn to actually feel your worth instead of questioning it…

Let’s do this. I’ve got tools that can help you get there.

Comment “I’m in” and I will DM you a copy of the challenge!

You rested.
You took the day off.
You slowed down.
You tried the meditation.
You booked the vacation.
…so why are you still exhausted?

Because sometimes burnout isn’t about needing more sleep.

Sometimes it’s your nervous system asking for support—not just rest.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, emotionally drained, or like no amount of “self-care” is actually helping… this retreat was created for YOU.

✨ When Rest Doesn’t Work ✨
This collaborative evening workshop is designed for the person who is tired of feeling like they are the problem.

You’ll walk away with:
• A deeper understanding of what your exhaustion is trying to tell you
• Freedom from the “I must be doing this wrong” story
• Tools to rebuild energy without force
• Mindfulness practices that truly restore your nervous system

This isn’t about doing less.
It’s about learning how to support yourself differently.

You haven’t disappeared completely… you’re just lost in parenthood.

Lost under responsibilities.
Under expectations.
Under everyone else’s needs.

You’re still in there—
but it’s been a while since you’ve felt like you.

Finding yourself isn’t about escaping your life.
It’s about reconnecting within it.

When we work together, we slow things down enough for you to hear yourself again.

We uncover what you need—not just what’s expected of you— and create a realistic way to prioritize that alongside the very real responsibilities of motherhood and life.

Because your needs don’t come after everything else—they deserve a place within it.

Happy Restart, Reset, Refocus FRIDAY!

Two things can be true at once.
You can feel overwhelmed and still feel grateful.
You can feel uncertain and still feel excited.
You can miss support and still love your independence.
You can feel discomfort in the unknown while trusting what’s ahead.

Not every emotion needs to compete for first place.

Sometimes growth looks like holding both.

Life isn’t always either/or—
sometimes it’s both/and.

And learning to honor both sides of that truth?

That’s where real self-leadership begins.

Where are two things true at once for you right now?

Single parenting for the next three days.
And if I’m honest… it’s both.

It’s the overwhelm of being everything for everyone—
the noise, the needs, the constant “mom, mom, mom.”
The mental tabs open. The overstimulation. The exhaustion before the day even ends.

And it’s also… relief.
Relief in the simplicity.
Relief in doing things my way.
Relief in not negotiating every decision, every routine, every moment.

Two things can be true at once.

I can crave support
and still appreciate my independence.
I can feel stretched thin
and still feel grounded in my capability.
I can miss my partner
and still enjoy the space to lead on my own.

This isn’t just parenting—
this is life.
In our homes.
In our careers.
In the in-between seasons where we’re asked to hold more than one truth at a time.

The tension doesn’t mean something is wrong.
It usually means you’re growing.

Take care of yourselves in the stretch. ✌🏼

Let me know in the comments if this resonates with you.

Is overthinking everything a problem? Society tells us it. Our partners remind us it is. Our parents.. colleagues. They label us as “overthinkers” like it’s this awful habit..

But what if overthinking isn’t the problem?
What if it’s actually a signal? 🤔

A quiet warning.
A nudge from your intuition trying to get your attention before something happens.

Because deep down… you already know.
You’re just trying to think your way out of what you feel.

Overthinking isn’t clarity.
It’s your inner voice saying:
“Pause. Look again. Something here matters.”

Instead of spiraling—get curious.
What is this trying to show me?
What feels off? What feels right?
Then trust that answer. Move from that place.

What is your overthinking trying to tell you right now?

There are seasons in your life where you’re meant to leap…
and seasons where you’re meant to hold steady.

Both matter.

There will be phases where risk feels expansive, exciting, aligned.
And there will be phases where safety feels necessary, grounding, wise.

Neither one makes you behind.
Neither one makes you wrong.

Growth isn’t always loud and bold—
sometimes it’s quiet, steady, and intentional.

The power is in recognizing the phase you’re in…
accepting it without judgment…
and continuing to move forward anyway.

You’re not stuck.
You’re evolving.

We’re all taught to pick our battles.
To let some things slide.
To save our energy for the “important” fights.

But here’s the thing:
Not every compromise is worth the peace.
Not every “letting it go” actually serves you.
Sometimes the thing you don’t speak up about… quietly grows into frustration, resentment, or regret.

Choosing not to fight can feel safe… but staying silent doesn’t always mean you’re wise.

Sometimes, the right choice is to show up, set boundaries, and claim your voice—even if it’s messy, awkward, or loud.

So… what’s the one thing you’ve been letting slide that deserves your full-on “battle”? 🔥

Restart. Reset. Refocus. ✨

Sometimes it’s not that you’ve fallen off…
it’s that your routine has stopped fueling you.

Same meals.
Same workouts.
Same patterns on repeat.

And then life happens—
vacation, sickness, burnout, busy seasons—
and suddenly you’re out of sync.

But what if that moment isn’t a setback?

What if it’s your reset point?
Instead of using it as a reason to stop…
use it as a reason to shift.

Try a new workout.
Nourish your body differently.
Change the pace. Change the energy.

Because the goal isn’t just discipline—
it’s feeling alive in what you’re doing.

You don’t need to go back…
you need to realign.

Where in your life can you reset your routine to bring you more energy again?

04/16/2026

Sometimes life feels like a string of misses. We try, we fail, we doubt ourselves. But that one moment when it finally clicks? That’s everything. That’s why we keep going. That’s why we don’t give up.

Keep shooting. Keep showing up. You’ll sink your basket soon. 🏀✨

Restart. Reset. Refocus. 🤍

We talk about “managing stress” like it’s something outside of us…

But the truth is—your body is already talking to you. Your nervous system was designed to protect you. When it senses pressure, overwhelm, or threat—it releases cortisol to help you respond.

But here’s the part we don’t talk about enough…
When you stay in that state for too long, your body doesn’t get a chance to come back down.

And that’s when things start to show up:
– Trouble sleeping
– Changes in appetite
– Irritability or a short temper
– Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or even low

It’s not random.
It’s your body asking for support.

The real shift in stress management isn’t doing more or “staying busy”… It’s becoming aware sooner.

Noticing:
✨ When your chest feels tight
✨ When your patience gets shorter
✨ When your thoughts start racing

That’s your cue.
To pause.
To breathe.
To regulate.

Because you don’t need to wait until you’re completely burnt out to take care of yourself.

Today, ask yourself:
What is my body trying to tell me right now?
And how can I support it… before it has to scream?
