Rhythm of Life Hermitage Three Chopt was alive today! We celebrated with percussion and talked about rivers that keep flowing, clouds that shift into light, and wildflowers that bloom anywhere. Then we lifted the room with our chant: “We’ve got the beat. We’ve got the joy. We’ve got the rhythm of life!”

🥕Rainbow Carrots at The Westmont at Short Pump Residential, Assisted Living, & Memory Care! 🥕
Our Abundant Art session this week was all about color, creativity, and roots…of family, friends, faith and more. We painted vibrant rainbow carrots and added a sensory twist with “dirt” made from fresh coffee grounds and cinnamon. It was so great to see the variety! The room smelled wonderful, and the artwork was even better.

Introducing our Community Connection Tree at Hermitage Three Chopt! This came out amazingly! And we even got to end with a mini dance party to “We are Family”! What a joyful place to be! 🎶🎶

Painting is always so relaxing, and it’s always fun to mix it up. We love balloon painting because it makes a beautiful mixed color design, is easy to hold, and comes out with a blast of creativity- no two are ever the same! What a lovely time we had at Lakeside Senior Living! 💕

What an amazing group of women! While you are “at the beauty shop” you get to connect and “shoot the breeze”, you learn a lot about people in these moments. And these ladies are inspiring! What a blessed day! 🌷
