Has your motivation to move been low? 🙋♀️ SAME!

⠀⠀
However, I’ve recognized this is a GREAT opportunity to practice intuitive movement. SEE TIPS:
⠀⠀

⠀⠀
1️⃣ Write a list of activities that FEEL good to you // Like listening to your favorite Podcast while walking or dancing it out in your living room. Lately, I’ve been loving Peleton’s Cardio Dance Classes 💃
⠀⠀

⠀⠀
2️⃣ Stay present + mindful // How do you feel when you move? Invigorated, high-vibe, energized? Pay attention to the physical sensations of your body— tune into your breath and energy to make movement mindful.
⠀⠀

⠀⠀
3️⃣ Team up with other women // I love seeing host virtural workouts. This organization truly taught me the meaning behind “empowered women, empower women” ⚡️
⠀⠀

⠀⠀
4️⃣ Find creative ways to measure progress // Fitness isn’t about calories burned. Notice changes like increased flexibility, ability to use heavier weights, increased energy throughout the day, etc.
⠀⠀

⠀⠀
5️⃣ Allow for rest // How often do you allow for rest? If you’re burning the candle from both ends, the additional stress of exercise may cause more harm than good. After listening to your body, you may discover that rest is needed, and that’s okay! Trust your internal body wisdom.
