"Easy choices, hard life. Hard choices, easy life."
I heard this quote today and LOVE IT!!! It is from a Russian wrestler, but I heard it on a podcast.

It is really easy to skip the struggle. Skip meal planning and just run through the drive through. Skip the gym and lay around and watch netflix. But is that going to make for an easy life?

Those choices just make for a hard life of not feeling good and eventually will catch up to you in your health. Get in the habit of picking the hard choice and enjoy an easier life!!

You can do hard things. Yep, YOU can.

It is always a little scary to try something new but would if you never try? Think of the missed opportunities that are passing you by.

The Faster Way is an opportunity to feel the energy you deserve to live out your purpose!

Maybe its to not be too tired to play at the park with your kids, or maybe its putting on a swimsuit and getting IN the pool with your kids after finally being able to take off the cover up, whatever it is for you. I promise you that it will be worth getting uncomfortable.

Protein is usually the hardest macronutrient to meet when tracking macros. Our goal is to eat whole food in the Faster Way but using a protein powder for a portion of your protein goal is ok too!

I have loved collagen peptide protein powder. There is no taste, it mixes well in hot or cold liquids, and there are lots of benefits besides just getting in more protein. Things like healthy hair, skin, and nails, and joint support.

My favorite way to use collagen powder is in my smoothies! This adds the bump of protein I need to hit my daily protein goal.
