End-of-Year Reflection 🤍
This year asked me to be many things:
a student, a healer, a mother, a listener, a business owner…
and occasionally a wild woman staring at the seasons wondering 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒐𝒏 𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒉 I was becoming.
I learned that slowing down is 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.
That presence is the real luxury.
That healing doesn’t always look dramatic — sometimes it looks like quiet trust, deep breaths, and showing up again tomorrow.
I’m endlessly grateful for the clients who sat on my table, trusted the process, and 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙚 why I do this work.
And I’m just as grateful for the moments that pulled me home — muddy boots, loud laughter, long coffee mornings, and time with my people.
Here’s to a year of learning, unlearning, and listening more closely — to our bodies, our rhythms, and what truly matters.
Thank you for being part of this chapter. 🤍
✨ Onward, gently.
