As we step into a new year, I’m not thinking about extremes or perfection.
I’m thinking about nourishment, balance, and sustainable habits, especially for women in midlife.
This year is about:
• Supporting our metabolism, not fighting our bodies
• Building strength, energy, and resilience
• Choosing habits that feel good and last
• Prioritizing health as a lifestyle, not a resolution
