Today, the PASRS Board was at the Arizona State Senate advocating for SB144, and it passed unanimously.
This proposed amendment strengthens protections for seniors by requiring referral agents to carry a minimum of $1 million in commercial general liability insurance and provide proof of no criminal record.

Proud to be part of an organization committed to higher standards, transparency, and advocacy. Onward to the House.

Through November 2025, their work includes:
• Over 1,000,000 pounds of food distributed
• 85,000+ center visits
• 56,000+ meals served and delivered
• 15,000+ volunteer hours
• 300 free classes supporting health and connection
