Nurse liaison Nicki had the opportunity to provide hospice education on recognizing changes in condition at Mercy Health Services. Understanding and identifying signs of decline is crucial in ensuring comfort, dignity, and timely care for our residents. Our goal is to empower nursing home staff with the knowledge and confidence to advocate for patients and collaborate effectively with hospice teams.
