Picking up where I left off :) I haven’t been living up to what I had planned at the beginning of the year. I let work get the best of me, sapping out all my energy. I felt stuck and burned out. And before I knew it, it was November. Where’d the time go? I heard someone say "Energy flows where attention goes." Ouch! It’s time to refocus, reset and recharge that energy. I choose to start here--Being grateful. 🙏

I don’t know about you, but by the end of the month, I let negative thoughts get the best of me and throw me off track. Since February is the month of love and all the affairs of the heart, I chose the deep color of red to help inspire our hidden passions to create the life we love.
