7 years ago I was a human guinea pig to prove a point to patients.
And that SNS Dipping powder manicure severely damaged my nails.

I repaired them naturally in a few weeks (on YouTube) and published a blog series about thr journey.
(My patients stopped the gels and acrylics.)

My parents didnt have the strongest nails, so dont tell me its genetics.

I combine cardio/strength, mobility and nutrition with as much sunshine possible. Meditation keeps the cortisol in check which if elevated at the wrong times, will affect tissue repair and stunt growth.

Animal protein
Keto based diet
Collagen
Minerals
Omega 3s
Hydration
And avoid ultra processed foods.

Are you grounded today?
Of course animals are way more grounded than us. 😊

Living in AZ on 💯 desert landcape makes it challenging to connect directly with the earth.
So find a local park or public area with relatively safe grass (minimally treated or untreated) and take off your shoes.

Reduce pain.
Sleep better.
Lower the stress response.
Regulate the immune system.

Of course I paid a small price of ant bites on my ass but it was worth it.

Say at least 3 kind words to yourself when you wake up every day.

Then feel them, down to your core.

It's not something most people can do effortlessly. We are mind trapped into the illusionary busy world of obligations, schedules, expectations on us and those we place on others.

There's more.

So, start with something simple, short, that costs you nothing but a few seconds of your life each day. ❤️

Reflecting, purging, re-centering. I am sipping coffee out of a favorite souvenir mug while I take one last glance down memory lane.

High school years can affect a person's path in life. Our brains are still developing, the hormones spiking, our desire to fit in or march to our own beat test our strength and resilience.

I was the shy, quiet but bold type. Large girl groups were never my thing. I kept my circle of friends small.

The all girls catholic high school experience was well, let's just say I got the diploma, made lasting friends and moved on...like most of us Abbey girls.
