Starting off December with a festive trip to Roosevelt’s to get us into the holiday spirit! 🎄✨
Everyone had a wonderful time taking in the magical decorations, watching the light show, and enjoying a delicious meal together. This little outing has become a beloved Beehive tradition — and we were so happy to have our South Tulsa crew join us this year!

We have had several families ask if we are going to do the door decorations this year.

As a community, we are not going to be decorating the doors this year. We wanted no room left behind and it put a lot of stress on the staff to get all the room doors decorated last year, however as a family, y’all are welcome to decorate the doors. We love looking at the doors throughout the Christmas season.

Please be mindful of how you apply the decorations to the door. ( no permanent adhesive or scotch tape is to be used. )

When it gets chilly, we make chili—or at least when we think it will be chilly... how about this weather!?
Today, we hosted our second annual chili cook-off! Our team put their best recipes to the test, and it was a tough contest for our panel of judges, with 7 entries to choose from. Congratulations to our top three: Stephanie (3rd), Carlee (2nd), and our big winner, Amber (1st). Thank you to everyone who participated and to our judges for taking time out of their day to be part of our contest!

Our community observed a moment of appreciation today for the Veterans who call our communities home. We were joined by our neighbors from Beehive South in Glenpool.

In keeping with our annual tradition on this date, we retired our flag and raised a new one.

We are grateful to Jesse Graver, Music Minister from Southern Hills Baptist Church, for leading our veterans' tribute program, which featured inspiring musical performances that reflected our nation's values.
