There is nothing like the quiet calm that happens when we slow down and connect with ourselves—our inner self who creates, plays, and is curious about the world. Slowing down with myself today, I felt free! Helping others find this freedom and joy is one of the highlights of my work as an art therapist. I’m so excited to be moving into my practice full time in October, and hope to share this inviting and peaceful place with you.
