7.5 miles in 🏃‍♀️before hitting the gym💪☺️… Ladies, why do you work out? To lose weight? For a sport? To lose fat and gain muscle? How about training for YOUR LIFE? Pull up’s, jump ups, and burpees are great, but what if you had to defend yourself and get away?? They may help you become stronger, but they won’t save your life… so maybe girls/ women you might wanna start thinking about training for YOUR LIFE… How much is your life worth? You’re worthy of everything.. 😉👍
