Helping Our New Care Professionals Start Strong

Starting a new job in healthcare should feel exciting — not financially stressful.

The Impact Scrub Closet provides free scrubs to new hires who are reentering the workforce or facing financial hardship. Because showing up confident and prepared on Day 1 matters.

We’ve proudly supported many of our team members by purchasing scrubs in the past — and now we’re expanding this effort through community donations to continue lifting up our care professionals.
