My heart is so full as an instructor right now. We do what we do to make ppl feel good, help them with their goals, provide a space to practice, create a community, and so on. This morning one of my clients Mr. Steve surprised me with a gift. He was recently in the Huntsman Games in Utah (like an older generation Olympics) for swimming and won a gold medal or a few actually. Instead of keeping his medals he gave them out to his team that helped him get there. I had no idea I was part of this for him. This was such an honor receive such a gift, and I can’t stop crying 😂. Everyday I learn more and more that I’m doing what I was meant to do. Also! He made a magazine cover! Enjoy the pics and article!!!!

First class at the house! My heart is so full right now. I’ve always wanted home classes, and with the previous studio closing all classes this was the perfect time to see what happens. I love our little yoga community we’re building and I hope it continues to grow. You ladies are amazing! Classes are Tuesdays Thursdays at 8:15. Please message if you’d like more info.

It’s finally Halloween week yall!!!!! Here are the fun classes I’ll be teaching all week. There’s definitely plenty of chances to catch me. Put in your best neon outfits or costumes, and come spend this spooky week with me! I also had little treats for everyone.

I can’t say enough about this beach retreat. Now that I’m home and can actually form some words. I want thank everyone who was involved, from my co host Sarah, the clients that came (you know who you wonderful souls are), to the small businesses we purchased the retreat gifts from like . I’m truly thankful for you all. We laughed, cried, flowed, hung out on the beach, and everyone worked on something deep. I can’t wait until the next one! Stay tuned !!!

Closing the retreat was bitter sweet. I couldn’t be filled with more love and happiness than I was over the weekend. These ladies killed it, and left everything they no longer need behind. I can’t wait to host the next one!

We have only one more week until the yoga retreat! I can’t believe I’m about to host my very first retreat. I’ve always dreamed of doing this, and I can’t believe those dreams are coming true! I can’t wait to see you ladies on the beach. I have so many things in store for y’all!
