From vision-boarding dreams with my husband & our friend, to basking under a beautiful Super Full Moon, to wandering the Gilbert Riparian learning about medicinal, toxic, and poisonous plants (for his herbalism class 🌿)…
then finding mesquite flour sourdough cookies at a local market 🙌🏼😋 every moment has felt like a reminder:

✨ From Burn to Bloom – My 2025 Healing Journey ✨

On May 19, 2025,
I burned my arm badly while cooking dinner for my family,
the kind of burn that instantly humbles you.
At the time, my mental health had been taking a back seat.
I was distracted, overextended, and pushing past my own limits.
This accident forced me to stop...
to step back, sit down, rest, and remember what I am capable of.

I had forgotten that I don’t just make medicine for others.
I started The Vital Witch Co. to create remedies that could heal me and my family, body, mind, and spirit.
This burn reminded me of that truth.

I used my First Aid Salve, infused with comfrey, skullcap, chaparral, rosemary, lavender, and thyme....
crossed my finger and trusted the process.
For twelve days, I watched my body regenerate layer by layer, guided by plants and patience.
By May 31, the wound had completely healed.
Its now November, it’s almost invisible, no scarring, no pain, just soft, thriving skin and a renewed sense of self.

This journey wasn’t just about skin healing, it was about remembering my own medicine.
The same care I pour into each salve, I needed to pour back into myself.

And she reminded me that I do, too. 🌸

Today, myself and our kiddos celebrate the beautiful journey my husband has embarked on—one of light, healing, and spiritual growth. Watching him open his heart and soul to Reiki has been nothing short of inspiring. This is more than a certificate—it's a symbol of his dedication to healing, not only himself but those around him. Inspiring our young kings to be their selves, to use their energy for love, kindness and healing.

This past weekend was a whirlwind of transformation at the Ostara Momboss Event! The energy was intense—like the shifting tides of the Eclipse Portal—pushing us to shed, grow, and step boldly into our power. Through the chaos came clarity, through the movement came momentum.
