What have I been up to? This is the question asked in this post box. My answer is I have been looking for people to help with a new project. As much as SeitzonHealth is a great idea, I need help from others to keep it going. If you are interested please let me know.

During the last 15 years many people have worked to help me become a better person today than I was yesterday. This new project is where I am working with a team to do the same for anyone who wants to become better today than they were yesterday. Embrace chance and make it a positive experience!

2013 Is about a new start for many people. For those who want to start and try something different for exercise here is a suggestion. block your day out into a 50/10 hour. Meaning you work on whatever is needed for 50 minutes, then for 10 minutes exercise. Go for a quick walk, lift weights at home, play with your children for moms. Try that for 6-8 hours and see how your feel in a month.

This Year start small and work your way up to what you really want to do. Make 10 minutes every day be set aside for exercise. then when you feel like adding more time go to 15 then 20 and so on. Goal one is to build the small habit that is easy to do. The rest grows from there!
