🌿 KEEN CANNABIS IS HIRING 🌿
Now Expanding Our Team

We are currently hiring for two positions:

🌱 Cultivation Technician

Responsibilities include:
• Daily plant care & grow room maintenance
• Defoliation, cloning, and harvesting
• Potting, manicuring, and general cultivation support
• Cleaning and sanitation of grow areas & equipment
• Following state compliance regulations & SOPs

✂️ Post-Harvest Crew

Responsibilities include:
• Trimming dried flower
• Packaging finished product
• Deep cleaning post-harvest and production areas
• Assisting the cultivation team as needed, including defoliation, cloning, and harvest support

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
⏱️ Some flexibility required (we work with living plants)
💲 Starting Pay: $15/hour
📅 Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Requirements

✔️ Valid Mississippi Medical Cannabis Work Permit (MSDOH)
✔️ Ability to pass a background check
✔️ Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
✔️ Comfortable in a physically active environment

We are located in Gore Springs, MS. Please be local to the Grenada area.
