Goshen EMS is once again proud to have hosted a family this holiday. This family’s holiday wishes were hung from the Christmas tree in the station where each staff member chose a tag to donate a gift. We are so happy to say that this year every single tag was removed from the tree. We hope this anonymous family has the very best holiday. Special thank you to EMT Kelly Makuen (pictured center) who spearheads this special project every year.

If you ever wonder what EMS does, how we respond to emergencies, or what to expect when we arrive on scene, we’d love to come out and share. Our team can provide demonstrations, answer questions and help your group feel more comfortable and prepared for emergencies. Whether it’s for education, community engagement, or simple curiosity- we are here for you! In the pictures attached Goshen EMS is visiting the principals of health class at Orange Ulster Boces. We also frequently host the Girls and Boy Scouts ! If you are interested in scheduling a visit, send us a message or call the office.

Goshen EMS had the most amazing time at the Goshen Light Parade ! The crews had a great time decorating the ambulances and dressing in our lights. Afterward we came back to the station for hot chocolate and laughs. Thank You for having us once again. We have big plans for next year !

Thank You to our for hosting this incredible wellness conference. Listening to these amazing speakers was eye opening and encouraging. There were so many wonderful ideas we plan to take back to our team. We are so privileged to live and work in a county where the mental health and overall wellness of its responders is supported.
