Gold-filled jewelry is not the same as gold plated ✨

Gold-filled pieces are made by bonding a thick layer of real gold to a base metal, making them much more durable and long-lasting than gold-plated jewelry. They won’t chip or flake with normal wear and can last for years when cared for properly.

Gold-plated jewelry, on the other hand, has only a very thin layer of gold painted or dipped onto the surface, which can wear off over time - especially with daily wear.
