✨ A New Chapter After 11 Beautiful Years ✨

After 11 years of love, laughter, and countless moments inside Spa B , it’s time for a bittersweet goodbye. 💛

At the end of this year, Spa B will be closing its doors. This decision didn’t come lightly, but it comes with so much gratitude for all the incredible clients and friendships we’ve built over the years.

Lynn will be fully embracing retirement 🌸, Emma will be leaving us at the end of the year to focus on her growing family 👶, and as for me, Shannon—I’ll be stepping into a new chapter of my own. Beginning February 2026, I’ll be continuing my passion as a solo practitioner and master facialist, right here in the same location, under a brand new, fresh name. I will continue to provide a restorative space dedicated to skin care, renewal, and the sanctuary you all deserve & have come to love over the years!

To each and every one of you who has supported us through the years: thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your trust, loyalty, and presence have meant everything. 💕

Thank you for being a cherished part of the Spa B community! We're reaching out with two important updates about our services and gift cards.

Massage Therapist Transition

Our talented massage therapist, Shan Rader, will be leaving us as of August 8, 2025, to open her own practice in Westlake, Ohio. We wish her the best in this new chapter of her career and we will be happy to share her new contact information when finalized. At this time

Spa B will be discontinuing massage services until further notice.

Please Note: All massage appointments currently scheduled past August 8 will be canceled. We will be notifying these clients over the next two weeks.

Our focus, as always, is to provide exceptional skincare services.

AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE
FOR OUR MASSAGE GIFT CARD HOLDERS

If you have purchased or received a Spa B gift card for the specific purpose of redeeming it for a massage service we are offering the following exclusive options:

1. 30% off Skincare Products: Use your Spa B gift card toward any in-store product purchase (e.g., cleansers, moisturizers, serums OH MY!) and enjoy 30% off. Stock up on your favorites! Offer expires 8-31-25.

2. Facial or Waxing Services: Redeem your Spa B gift card toward any facial or waxing service at Spa B. Book online at Spa-B.com and just bring your gift card with you for payment at service.

3. Limited Massage Openings: We have limited massage appointments available until August 8, 2025. Gift card holders can contact us directly by replying to this email or calling us at 1-855-984-1575 to schedule. Online booking for these spots is not available.

4. Massage Voucher Exchange: Bring your Spa B gift card to us at Spa B to exchange for a massage voucher at Shan Rader's new Westlake location (must be used by December 31, 2025).

All other gift cards will continue to be redeemable towards facial and waxing services and skincare products.

We have temporarily suspended new gift card sales during this period of transition to avoid confusion.
