I recently had the opportunity to visit my family in the mountains, and it was such a refreshing and grounding experience. Stepping away from the stress of my full-time job gave me the space to breathe, reset, and reflect on my journey, personally and professionally.

I’m incredibly grateful to be in a season where I can invest in learning new skills and tools to bring back to my massage therapy practice. One of those game-changing experiences was attending the World Massage Festival in Cherokee last year, where I was introduced to Thai Foot Massage by Living Sabai Alumni's very own Jill Burynski
