𝗕. Unfortunately, no I cannot waive the fee. I understand it is easy to forget, which is why I provide every guest with multiple text and e-mail reminders. My cancellation policy is clearly outlined upon booking as well as in the 2 notifications you have received prior to your appointment. Appointments are specifically reserved for and prepared for every guest. When a guest cancels last minute, I cannot accommodate someone else on my waitlist. I hope you understand and respect my policy 💕
𝗖. I cannot waive the fee, however, I noticed this is the first time you have ever forgot. You will be automatically charged, however, as a one time courtesy I am happy to use this fee towards your next appointment. Please let me know when you would like to reschedule 🌞
