The BEST I have EVER felt…..RANT (read at your own risk)
FK your LOW FAT, SUGAR-FREE LOW CALORIE diet!
Thats right, I said it.
It may work in a moment to achieve some STUPID WEIGHT LOSS GOAL….but up and down, fat-thin-fat is bound to return.
My fittest (and in my LATE 50s) did not come from some stupid low fat lifestyle! In fact, YOUR DAMN BRAIN REQUIRES FAT AND CHOLESTEROL TO FUNCTION. Hence STUPID.
Ever wonder why COGNITIVE ISSUES ARE SO PREVALENT? Ya’ll were misled into believing FAT IS WHAT MAKES YOU FAT! NO!
Sugar makes you fat!
Alcohol makes you fat!
STRESS makes you fat!
Restricting calories, ‘over pumping’ CARBS and eating low fat, low calorie and LOW QUALITY (high processed) FOODS makes you fat. 🤷🏾🤷🏾🤷🏾
Fking 26 years in the fitness industry and ALMOST 40 years in the HEALTH industry and these SOBs have been LYING TO YOU THE WHOLE TIME.
Eat FAT! Whole avocado. RAW walnuts (they look like 🧠 so BRAIN FOOD). Whole yogurt PLAIN! Fresh parmesan. EGGS!!!!
The RIGIDITY people have, especially women listening to EGOTISTICAL MEN, OCD INFLUENCERS AND PURE IGNORANT TELL THEM HOW TO FKING EAT is overwhelmingly apparent….especially in women who are:
*complaining about their bodies
Macros doesn’t fix your body.
Low fat doesn’t lower your body fat.
Low calories doesn’t get you trim!
Salads and fish do not make you healthy! In fact, the most unhealthy and/or overweight, complaining and Inconsistent people I have met think they solve their weight issues with a fking SALAD!
Fat is satisfying.
HIGH Cholesterol is NOT DIRECTLY CORRELATED TO HEART DISEASE BUT RATHER Multi-faceted factors that include sugar, insulin resistance and low-grade inflammation (alcohol, junk food) of the body! NOT your cholesterol level.
Fk the 200 as the EXCLUSIVE FEAR TACTIC OF THE WESTERN MEDICINE WORLD. 🙄 For health and fitness, you NEED FAT. Just not DONUT FAT! TACO CASA FAT. STARBUCKS FAT. PIZZA FAT. RESTAURANT FAT. TORTILLA FAT. you get it.
If you eat S**T your body BECOMES S**T. There is no amount of s**t that is good for you.

SUGAR SUBSTITUTES
PERIOD!!!!
Healthy fats should make up your bowl or plate, alongside COMPLETE PROTEIN.

*WOMEN IN PERIMENOPAUSE AND BEYOND NEED MORE PROTEIN THAN A 20-30 yo athlete because THEY CANNOT SYNTHESIZE IT EFFICIENTLY!
*SKINNY WOMEN HAVE HIGHER INCIDENCE IF OSTEOPOROTIC FRACTURE!
*Low fat diets with alcohol, medications, smoking/vaping? You get brain diseases!
Eat the fking fat. Stop counting fking macros and calories. Stop buying CHEMICAL substitutes for sugar.
If you are absolutely consistently happy with your body across a 25 year span and DISEASE FREE? Keep doing what you are doing.
If you are fked up and telling others what not to do? UM…yea, that speaks volumes.
