How time flies. Last night as the clock hit 11:59 pm we hit our 1 yr anniversary of providing short term rental solutions to Grand County, and most recently Summit County when we acquired the beautiful Fantastic Frisco. I am an emotionally driven person (if you don't know me that well yet) and looking back last night I couldn't help but be overwhelmed with just how much of a crazy ride the first year has been. A simple idea that spawned into a far more successful venture that I expected. I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished in our first year. We started mainly focused on snow and ice removal and handling Owner Stay cleans for a small group of loyal clients. Today we are holding on as tight as we can through mud season to get to Winter where we will be going in locked and loaded to support our now 12 management listings, our partnerships with Fairly and Portoro, and our over 20 housekeeping and maintenance clients. We just extended on offer to our newest Admin Asst. and Grand Maestro Renee, and I could not be more excited about where the path is leading us. I want to sincerely thank all of my family and friends for all the advice, love, and support they have lended over the course of our development. Our clients, the hardcore foundation ones there from the beginning and our newest ones for giving us the opportunity to prove our worth and help us make our mark in the community we call home and love with all of our hearts. We want to thank the bigger dawgs on the scene that took us in and gave us an opportunity to learn and grow. We could not have done it without you. Jasco properties for giving us our first units and our beloved Fantastic Frisco. Grand Mountain Rentals for all of your support and giving us the ability to not only succeed but thrive in a new market when we were so young. We will never forget you all. Fairly and Portoro for all the new business, MC Design in Winter Park for bringing our ideas and collateral to LIFE! Winter Park Chamber of Commerce for allowing us to feel more a part of the community and giving us a platform to put ourselves out in the community. We do not consider ourselves competition. We are merely one cog in the larger wheel and we want everyone to be successful and better our communities.
Last but not least, Liam. For being the ray of sunshine when the world had become so gray. We would not be where we are today without you. You saved more than just the company.
