Pecan and apple pie loaded cookies will be a special this weekend!
I will also be releasing an official menu for custom orders that will be available weekly! Loaded cornbreads will be an egg free alternative to a quiche. I used to make quiche for easy meals for the family weekly, but with vincents allergies im only just now started to reintroduce eggs to my diet, and absolutely not to his. Im so excited to have taken the concept of Cowboy quiche and thrown it in a cornbread!

Halloween with allergies was anxiety inducing. I always feel like I have to start things off right or it'll be ruined, but the thing about halloween is you have very little control. You have to hope there are options available while out and about trying to help your child feel included. You can do things like the switch witch and stuff but what about in the moment?
I'm sure things will get more complicated as he gets older, but vincent was just so excited to go house to house like his sister and friends, and he got his very first pack of Pokémon cards which we discovered he adores. Mayhem recognizes almost every candy hes allergic to and made sure everyone was aware of his allergies. He got to have a good halloween and be included in the fun, I never needed to worry.
