Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I am so thankful for each person in my life—family, friends, patients, and all of you in this community. Sharing experiences with those you care for is one of the best ways to feel truly alive and connected. It’s not the perfectly set table or the “Instagram-worthy” moment that matters most, but the conversations, the laughter, and even the quiet pauses where you simply feel grateful to be together.

Today, I hope you give yourself permission to slow down, be fully present, and really soak in the people around you. Take an extra moment to listen, to hug a little longer, and to tell someone what they mean to you. Those are the experiences that nourish our hearts and health far beyond a single holiday.

Healthy Pumpkin Pie Energy Bites (No Bake, 10 Minutes!)

A perfect seasonal snack that tastes like pumpkin pie but uses clean ingredients.

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
⅓ cup pumpkin purée
2–3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of salt
Optional: 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions
Stir all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
Roll into 12–14 bite-size balls.
Chill 20–30 minutes before serving.
