I love to make my own "Florida Water". I usually make enough to last for 6-12 months. In energy medicine (aka energy healing/energy work/energy therapy) Florida Water is used to energetically clear or cleanse a space or tools used for healing work.

Commercially manufactured Florida Water is available, but I choose to make my own because I know what ingredients are in it, I can say holy prayers and sing ancestral songs as I make it and I can place healing crystals around it as it steeps.

I put my Florida Water in a spray bottle and spritz my studio at the beginning and end of the day, and between clients to keep the energetic frequency high, loving, healing and welcoming.🩷

Do you have neck pain and stiffness? You'd probably be surprised at the number of times I address this issue and that this is one of the FIRST issues I got good at addressing while in Massage Therapy school!

The client in this story had no underlying medical/health issues that lead to her neck pain, she just overworked her muscles. I was able to relax them and reduce the pain and stiffness she was experiencing and I may be able to help you, too!

This client is currently 9 weeks Post Op from Lipo 360. She came to me at 5 weeks Post Op. Her previous provider started using Ultrasound Cavitation and Radio Frequency on her around 3 weeks Post Op.👎🏾🤯🚫 and left the client with hard, stiff tissue in the surgical area.

I started working on the client weekly, now a month later (9 weeks Post Op) we are moving on to the Post Op Body Contouring phase of care. Every week, she asks me, "When am I gonna start looking "snatched"?" I always assure her if the surgeon did his job, after we correct what the last provider did and we get to the Body Contouring phase, you will get there!

Well, after today's session, she walked out of the Masaage Therapy room saying, " I'm feeling a little more "snatched" today! 😁👍🏾

Be very careful about who you allow to care for you after your plastic surgery. I would even suggest you assemble you Post Op Care Team BEFORE your surgery. Making certain to check out their reviews, website, credentials, etc.
