I'm looking forward to seeing all my friends tomorrow at Fulton Street Market as well as purchasing farm fresh organic veggies, apples, meat, fish, dairy, bread and so much more. I've been loving this Lacinato Kale and Apple Salad all week with BarrieBeau Shake and fresh oregano for a punchy kick.

I contemplated market today and then my products said "Are you kidding us, Suzannah?! Look, we can't handle zero degrees or 100 degrees and still be wonderful and stable. Plus, you already ruined our labels in the snow the last time you were out!"

Then my Jeep chimed in and said "I'm not getting on the highway today, l've had enough black ice driving for one week, sweetheart."

"Then my propane tank said "I'll give you maybe 2 hours worth of gas, darling, and then you're on your own AND that's if your frozen fingers can manage to get me hooked up."

So there we have it, we're going to pass on market today, our apologies.
Hopefully next Saturday.

Due to the dangerously cold temperatures projected this weekend, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the market on Saturday, January 24th.

In temperatures this cold, frostbite can set in within 15 minutes of outdoor exposure. With this in mind, we can not in good conscience put customers, vendors, and staff at risk. This decision does not come easily, and we understand that this may negatively impact vendors and customers alike.
