There is nothing more empowering than a DAY ONE! 🔥✔️⁣

This isn’t my first day one, and believe me starting is the hardest part.. the feeling you get after starting your day one over and over, after finishing program and after program and showing yourself what your capable of is so freaking powerful. ⁣

It empowers you. There is something about committing to new goals and having a fresh perspective. This new focus for me will have us working on not just movement and physical health, but mental health, journaling, mindset, nutrition, and of course leaning into our community. ⁣

Building new habits, finding a new balance, restoring our minds, breaking old beliefs and roadblocks, and prove to ourselves how strong we are and how capable we are of making a change. ⁣

What does confidence look or feel like to you? ⁣

🌸 Is it being able to rock that two piece at the beach without ANY anxiety? ⁣

🌸 Is it looking in the mirror and speaking to yourself in phrases like “I am enough. I am capable. I am strong.” & being able to accept those compliments 100% without second guessing yourself? ⁣

🌸 Does it look like being an overall happier version of yourself - smiling bigger, giving compliments to others, or being clear with your goals? ⁣

I know for me - it is ALL of these! Ya girl needs a little more confidence, and some self love & care! 💁🏻‍♀️⁣

Let's get real.. ⁣

You're never going to be her. ⁣

The girl you find yourself idolizing everyday. ⁣
The one who you think has it all together. ⁣
The girl you think has the dream body, and is your ideal shape. ⁣
The girl who has xyz that you desire. ⁣
The one you think that has zero insecurities when in reality she knows she's not everyone's cup of tea and that prevents her from showing up sometimes. ⁣

No matter how much you question yourself, and the work that you're putting in - you will never be her. ⁣

You are not her. You are YOU - beautiful, smart, kind, funny, confident YOU and deserving of all of the happiness in the world. ⁣
It is something to celebrate and something we should be more proud of. I get it, it's hard to celebrate it when you're not happy, confident, or comfortable in your own skin. ⁣

Implementing daily consistent habits that focus on you and your personal growth will get you there sister 🤍 One step at a time. One action at a time. ⁣

Prioritize yourself. Focus on becoming your healthiest self. Do more self care. Practice gratitude daily & celebrate your accomplishments. There's no greater feeling than when you can celebrate that girl you see in the mirror ✨

I have a way to go but I was not expecting this 👏🏼☺️ ⁣

3.4 pounds down, 4 inches lost, minimal cravings, sleeping almost perfectly, no more afternoon crashes ✌🏼 and this is all from Week 1! ⁣

I am super excited for the next three weeks - here’s to kissing more inflammation and bloat buh-bye 🤣💁🏻‍♀️ and to keep loving how I feel! ⁣

Self care for me this week has looked like spending every waking second outdoors trying to spend as much time in the sunshine, since we haven’t seen it in months 😂 ⁣⁣

I’m always looking for new ideas for self care and different things to do depending on weather and circumstances! But I do love getting my nails done, spending time in the sunshine, and staying in watching a good Hulu show with ice cream! ☺️⁣⁣

There is power in eating freaking good! 👏🏼 when ya eat better, you feel better. ⁣

I normally eat just about the same thing daily, with small variation and what meal is the simplest to make after a long day of work. ⁣


My preworkout snack is normally a healthy fat and a carb.
My post workout meal normally includes a fruit.⁣⁣
My lunch is always a veggie and a protein. ⁣
And my dinner normally consists of protein, carbs, and veggies! ⁣

Tips that have worked for me: ⁣
1. Eating smaller more frequent meals, to avoid overwhelming my stomach. ⁣
2. Taking my time while eating - I know this isn’t possible with busy work days but being mindful of picking one meal per day atleast where you actually chew slow and enjoy yourself! This can help your digestive process.⁣
3. Drinking lots of water, and adding lemon for some fun ☺️ Hydration keeps things moving properly, and flushes everything out. I always aim for atleast 1/2 my body weight in ounces. ⁣
4. Limit alcohol - but have balance! Alcohol can be a digestive stimulant and can disrupt the digestion process. ⁣

I’m super excited to learn more from our new program because ya are what you eat and not all foods / supplements work for everyone! But eating clean, fueling your body, and making your gut health a priority - can work fro everyone! ⁣

You don’t have to be perfect. Enjoy your food, have your margs, eat out, and feel good from the inside out! ✨

I honestly was so intrigued when I heard the saying, “Your gut is your second brain.” I have had my fair share of gut issues and so I had to learn more. What I found was the gut has an impact on everything from your digestion, to your sleep, mood, and skin.⁣

Do you struggle with symptoms of an unhealthy gut like.. ⁣

• You feel tired all the time?⁣
• Sugar cravings out of control?⁣
• Are you struggling to lose weight despite working out & eating healthy?⁣
• Do you have gas, bloating, cramping or indigestion after eating?⁣

Yes… Your gut is out of wack, sister! But that’s okay because you’re not alone! These symptoms presenting themselves are all ways that your gut is trying to tell you that it needs a change.⁣

We’ve gotten used to it all. Feeling a little bit tired, a little bit uncomfortable, we’ve gotten used to pushing through the sleep issues and just reaching for some caffeine...we’ve gotten so used to feeling this way that these health issues just seem normal at this point.⁣

This month my soul focus will be on gut health because I need to go all in as well! Let’s heal from the inside out so we can feel our best and enjoy what we deserve. ⁣

Sharing my story about how I work this business in the power pockets of my day fuels my soul because I want you to know what it feels like to be a part of something bigger than yourself. ⁣

From getting me out of my debilitating anxiety and depression, providing me freedom from loneliness by connecting me with other women with the same goals, freedom from purposelessness by giving me passion, freedom from shame by reminding me how STRONG my body really is, providing me confidence in my own path, and allowing me to get to my highest point of living while enjoying the whole journey! ⁣

You freaking need this. Don’t worry, no experience is needed, no perfect body, and you can be an introvert and homebody! All you have to do is fill up your own cup by taking care of yourself, help other ladies just like you do the same, and let me be your biggest hype girl 💁🏻‍♀️ ⁣

Building this business isn’t just about money. It’s about inspiring others, helping them build their business to provide for their family, have less stress, more time freedom, the ability to give more to those you love, have more shared experiences, and enjoy life more overall because you’re doing something you truly are happy with and are fulfilling your purpose! ⁣
