One of our own, Katherine Schmidtbauer, LPCC, kicked off the new monthly educational series Learning @ Lenox at Lenox Place Apartments in partnership with St. Louis County Public Health!

Katherine shared insight on Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and practical ways to support mental health through seasonal changes.
