Today we celebrate ONE YEAR of House of Gladitude. 🎉💜
One year of opening our doors to Grandview and the greater KC community. One year of staying true to our mission: accessible yoga and wellness for all, a space for community and celebration. ✨

Over the past year, something truly special has emerged. We’ve built an incredible team of loving, talented teachers who have created a space of belonging. A place to breathe, to release, to laugh, to connect, and to simply be. 🌿💫
We’re not corporate. We’re not huge. We are just right… a cozy, loving space where comfort and connection truly matter. 🤍🧘🏽‍♀️

What has unfolded inside these walls has been pure joy.
From daily yoga and Pilates classes, relaxing in the sauna, sound baths, private yoga parties, and retreats… to the weekend transformation of the studio into a beautiful gathering place. House of Gladitude has created beautiful memories for many—baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, and even a wedding. 👶🏽👰🏽🎂💍
Joy has truly been found here, in so many meaningful ways. ✨

I’ve met countless incredible individuals this year, each person adding something special to this space. Every person who enters House of Gladitude matters. 💜
