Are you ready to lose weight the right way? Mel has lost over 150 lbs through diet and exercise and can help you! Small groups (2-5 people only) will meet starting in the fall. We will spend time on food planning, workouts and ways to improve ourselves. I am a Beachbody Coach and I love many of the Beachbody workouts- I can adapt them to any fitness level. There are parts that I'm not even that great at but I still keep moving. Follow my lead! BodyCombat, BodyPump, Hip Hop Abs, P90X, Insanity- I will try them out!
