Good morning to you all on this 1st day of 2024. I am looking forward to helping old/new clients make 2024 one of their best years yet!

I celebrate 20 years of massage this year.... holy smokes it is hard for me to believe. I could not have done this without your loyalty, trust, patience and confidence in my work.

I have to thank my husband Caleb for all the support he gives to allow me to continue to do what I do.

In 20 years you have been with me thru marriage, location changes, having babies and loss of loved ones. You have allowed me to celebrate your lives when something awesome has happened, but I will always be honored that you allow me to be a place you can let go of all of life's worries for just a moment & allow me to help you.

I listen to these podcasts every week, but there are times when some just hit my heart. I have had so many moments in life where my own confidence is not there, but I have just as many moments where certain people carried me when I did not have it in me. Nona Jones has touched on so many things that resonate with me from raising our 2 boys (11 & 12) to working with a team of ladies to chosing kindness where I mentor to in turn get back kindness & life long friendships. I laughed & cried thru this episode....sooooo good!!!!
