A federal judge late Friday upheld several of Indiana’s abortion regulations – while the fate of several others is still undecided.

One year ago today Federal District Court Judge Sarah Evans Barker ruled that Whole Woman’s Health could open without a license. Since then over 250 precious lives have been lost at this still unlicensed facility*. The legal battle is not over as the initial case is set to be heard later this summer. Please continue to pray for a favorable ruling and show your support for the unborn by coming to WWH to pray and demonstrate.

* The state was ordered by the 7th circuit court of appeals to treat WWH as if they had a license, but they still do not. They had an inspection by the state heath department in January and 16 violations were documented.

This is why I’m not optimistic that WHile Woman’s Health will close. They and the other abortionists will find a sympathetic judge (Sarah Barker Evans comes to mind) who will gladly allow the murder to continue.
