It’s simple, but not always easy. Your thoughts create your emotions. So let’s work on that.
But also, if your nervous system is dysregulated, it will be harder to change your thoughts.
If you consistently calm your nervous system, your thoughts are easier to manage, which means you’re able to have more positive emotions and feel better on a regular basis!
Dysregulation = harder to manage thoughts = more stress
Regulation + thought management = Happier!
Regulation means getting your body out of a stress response. The more you practice this, the better it works!
A few regulation techniques I like:

*Somatic exercises (go follow
*Rest
*Play
