Our prenatal yoga and pregnancy support group happens every Wednesday evening!!

The Embracing Pregnancy Circle is a welcoming, safe, and confidential space to connect with other pregnant women and mothers-to-be. So often the journey of pregnancy feels like a solo journey, however, most women do best with a supportive community around them. We are offering a space and dedicated time to sink into your journey with others to support all of the shifts and changes inherent to becoming a parent.

Our circle is held and facilitated by Ashlee Sakaishi-Wilkin, an experienced Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, labor and birth doula, Innate Provider, prenatal yoga instructor, and holder of sacred space. All birthing people are welcome to join us, please bring your dinner, your journal and a pen, and yourself.

We want all families to feel welcome, so Embracing Pregnancy accepts donations to help support the use of the classroom and otherwise is a free experience.
