The body is wise: it is designed to feel.
Its natural language is emotions, and it always seeks to express them.
š It is the mind that, when facing pain too intense, may decide: if I feel it, it will destroy me.ā
To protect us, it blocks the emotion⦠and the body holds it in pause, waiting for the safe moment to release it.
In the process of Cellular Memory Release (CMR) we discover that:
- š± That blockage is not a mistake, but a survival strategy.
- š The emotions that could not be expressed remain recorded in cellular memory.
- š Over time, those stored memories can transform into fears, blockages, or repetitive patterns.
The work with CMR does not seek to erase the story, but to offer the body the safety it once lacked, so it can let go of the burden and recover its innate capacity to feel fully.
š What emotion do you sense your body still holds in pause?
Naming it is the first step toward liberation.
