Kiwanis Gravette The Gravette Kiwanis club meets from 7-8 AM at the Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, Arkansas. Kiwanis' mission is to serve the children of the world.

Phillip Taldo who is chairman of the Arkansas Department of Transportation was the speaker for Gravette Kiwanis today. He discussed many interesting topics such as roundabouts, current highway projects and the Highway 59/72 corridor study. We had a good turnout and a number of members a of the Siloam Springs club and our MOARK Lieutenant Governor were present.

Chris Shioyama who is the executive chef for Ozarks Community Hospital and Nexus Event Services as well as Maggie McKenzie who is does marketing and Swing Bed Services for Ozarks Community Hospital were our speakers this morning for Gravette Kiwanis. Maggie spoke about the programs offered at the hospital and Chris spoke about food services and catering events.

The Kiwanis Gravette breakfast club welcomes Ozarks Community Hospital's Chris Shioyama and Maggie Mckenzie as guest speakers for this Friday morning's meeting. Chef Chris will be sharing all about the catering and event services offered by OCH. Maggie will highlight many of the medical services offered right here in our hometown hospital.

This meeting will be fun, informative and delicious! Chef Chris is bringing some wonderful food samples. Guests are always welcome!

Gravette Kiwanis is celebrating its 50th year. We had a special celebration, and members of the Kiwanis Club of Siloam Springs which was our original sponsoring club came to help us celebrate. Special awards were given to our charter member Kim Hendren, Dan Yates and Bob Kelley. Old and new members were there as well as members of the Gravette Key Club. Great food was made by Chef Chris Shioyama. Mayor Kurt Maddox made a proclamation and Lieutenant Governor Sharon Horwart attended.

Les and Natanya Riddle were our speakers for Gravette Kiwanis this morning. He works for the Benton County Sheriff’s Department and has a mechanic repair business. She is a court reporter. Together they run the Gravette Gym and an event center. They are also active in many community programs such as Bright Futures, little league baseball and Trick or Treat on Main Street. Making our community stronger.

The Kiwanis Gravette breakfast club welcomes Les and Natanya Colbert Riddle as our speakers at this Friday's meeting. Les and Natanya own the The Gravette Gym and Triple R Athletic Complex. They sponsor so many fun community events and are a true blessing to our town. They have fascinating "day jobs" as well.

Come hear their story this Friday morning at 7am at the Ozarks Community Hospital annex. Enjoy a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast at the cafeteria. Kick off your weekend with the Gravette Kiwanis breakfast club. Guests are always welcome!
