✨ Random Acts of Kindness Day ✨

Today is a perfect reminder that small moments of kindness can make a big difference—especially for children and families. 💕

Hold the door. Share a smile. Leave a kind note. Invite someone to play. Thank a teacher, caregiver, or neighbor. These simple acts help build connection, belonging, and stronger communities.

Let’s model kindness for our kids and show them that even the smallest gesture can brighten someone’s day. 💛

How will your family spread kindness today? 🌟

Join The Circle for their monthly postpartum support group designed to offer connection, understanding, and encouragement after birth.

🗓 Second Tuesday of every month
⏰ 6:00–7:30 PM
📍 Victory Church, Great Falls

You don’t have to do postpartum alone. 💛

Who facilitates Circle groups?
Our support groups are peer-led, meaning the facilitators are women who were “merely” attendees before. This means that the group leader and everyone attending the group are women who have walked the walk. We have all had different life experiences, but we have all been through the peaks and valleys of motherhood. In sharing your story with others, you give voice and validation to your lived experience, and process your emotions. In listening to the stories of others, you learn that you are not alone or crazy, and affirm your own resilience: ‘if she can do it, so can I.’ Sometimes it is easier to share about the hard things in life with folks you don’t know intimately, but will still listen with compassion.

Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his vision of a world rooted in kindness, fairness, and opportunity for all. 💙
MLK Day is not just a day of remembrance, but a day of service—an opportunity to show children and families what it means to care for one another, stand up for what’s right, and help build stronger communities together.

The Circle is expanding out of the Flathead Valley to Great Falls! The first Circle in Great Falls will be on February 10th at Victory Church. Please help us spread awareness if you know someone who may benefit from a safe space, free of judgement and advice, to build community with other moms postpartum.
All Circle gatherings are free, confidential, do not require registration, and are not faith based. You are not alone, we hope to see you there!
