Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his vision of a world rooted in kindness, fairness, and opportunity for all. πŸ’™
MLK Day is not just a day of remembrance, but a day of serviceβ€”an opportunity to show children and families what it means to care for one another, stand up for what’s right, and help build stronger communities together.

The Circle is expanding out of the Flathead Valley to Great Falls! The first Circle in Great Falls will be on February 10th at Victory Church. Please help us spread awareness if you know someone who may benefit from a safe space, free of judgement and advice, to build community with other moms postpartum.
All Circle gatherings are free, confidential, do not require registration, and are not faith based. You are not alone, we hope to see you there!

Children are often the first impacted and the last to receive services. Below are age-appropriate strategies to help children impacted by substance use disorders.

We’re grateful to partner with Eluna Resource Center on the creation of this new video and accompanying handout: Age-Appropriate Strategies to Help Children Impacted by Substance Use Disorder.

Supporting children effectively means meeting them where they are developmentally and emotionally. This resource breaks down practical, age-appropriate strategies for infants through to teens, helping caring adults and professionals respond with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

Thank you to Eluna for collaborating with us on a resource designed to equip professionals, caregivers, and communities with the tools needed to truly make a difference to the trajectories of children's lives!

Behavior is communication. What are your kids saying? 🧐

Remember, a need met is a challenging behavior solved.

Every child grows and learns at their own pace, just like popcorn popping in a pot. Each kernel pops when it's ready, experiencing the same conditions, yet flourishing in its own time.

Celebrate individuality and trust in the unique timeline of every child's development. Their moment to shine is coming! 🌟🍿
