The Great Falls Clinic is a multi-specialty group medical practice emphasizing primary practice care, related secondary level medical specialties and urgent care. Founded in 1917, the Great Falls Clinic is the fourth oldest medical clinic west of the Mississippi. Originally based on the vision that quality healthcare need not be confined to large urban centers, our mission today is focused on becoming Montana's healthcare choice. To accomplish our goal, we strive to assess and meet the needs of the 225,000 residents living in the seventeen north central Montana counties that we serve. As a leader in the Great Falls medical delivery system, the Great Falls Clinic works hard as a team of providers to institute positive change for our patients throughout Montana. Recruiting and retaining the most contemporary physicians and employees requires the latest in technology development. We must utilize these available technologies to meet the needs of an aging population and create more value for the patients we serve.
