Great Falls Hospital

Great Falls Hospital Delivering compassionate, personalized care to all. Our responsibility as we continue to grow is to create more value for the patients we serve.

Founded in 1917, the Great Falls Hospital and Great Falls Clinic are the fourth oldest medical clinic west of the Mississippi. Originally based on the vision that quality healthcare need not be confined to large urban centers, our mission today is focused on becoming Montana’s healthcare choice. To accomplish our goal, we strive to assess and meet the needs of the 250,000 residents living in the seventeen north central Montana counties that we serve. As a leader in the Great Falls medical delivery system, the Great Falls Clinic works hard as a team of providers to institute positive change for our patients throughout Montana. Recruiting and retaining the most contemporary physicians and employees requires the latest in technology development. We must utilize these available technologies to meet the needs of an aging population and create more value for the patients we serve. The combination of physicians and employees working together to improve patient care is our commitment and can be defined as “Team Care.” This means striving to constantly perform better services and to create more value for the people we serve. One thing that will not change moving forward is that we will continue to have physicians and employees working together to bring the population of Montana the best healthcare possible. Our Great Falls Clinic team will continue to provide leadership in medicine through teamwork.

Great Falls, help show holiday appreciation for two more ugly sweater contestants by liking and commenting on their posts.

🎄😂 Meet Jennifer Weaver from the Business Office, confidently rocking a sweater that’s less “cute Christmas” and more “quietly plotting to out‑festive everyone in payroll.” Jennifer didn’t just show up for the ugly sweater contest she arrived ready to negotiate holiday cheer like it’s year‑end close.

🎄😂 Say hello to our last contestant, Theresa from Cardiology, who brought big holiday energy while holding her own next to Colton, Scary Mary, and Jennifer. Her sweater may look innocent, but trust us, it’s quietly plotting to out‑cheer everyone in a five‑foot radius.

Theresa didn’t just join the lineup; she elevated the whole winter mood.

Jennifer didn’t just wear an ugly sweater; she arrived in full character, committing to a whole holiday persona that brought peak comedic energy to this year’s contest.

Our Story

The Great Falls Clinic is a multi-specialty group medical practice emphasizing primary practice care, related secondary level medical specialties and urgent care. Founded in 1917, the Great Falls Clinic is the fourth oldest medical clinic west of the Mississippi. Originally based on the vision that quality healthcare need not be confined to large urban centers, our mission today is focused on becoming Montana's healthcare choice. To accomplish our goal, we strive to assess and meet the needs of the 225,000 residents living in the seventeen north central Montana counties that we serve. As a leader in the Great Falls medical delivery system, the Great Falls Clinic works hard as a team of providers to institute positive change for our patients throughout Montana. The combination of physicians and employees working together to improve patient care is our commitment and can be defined as "Team Care." This means striving to constantly perform better services and to create more value for the people we serve. The Great Falls Clinic is proud to be the largest independent group of physicians in Montana, but also understands that with that comes responsibility. Our responsibility as we continue to grow is to create more value for the patients we serve. One thing that will not change moving forward is that we will continue to have physicians and employees working together to bring the population of Montana the best healthcare possible. Our Great Falls Clinic team will continue to provide leadership in medicine through teamwork.
