Words can not describe how proud I am of this Queen right here!!! Pure commitment & consistency is her truth and story!
This is just the beginning for her. With changes made to her diet, and exercise regimen my client is thriving and seeing the results she has wanted for quite some time now. She trains 2-3 days a week, with an increase cardio and implementation strength training.
