✨The last day of a transformative retreat or trip always feels like a dinner of tapas giving you a taste of what is going to be served at the table of your life upon arrival back into your daily daily.

What I wasn’t able to share in the video above, is that I also had this bizarre ‘injury’ to my right shoulder show up the second to last day of the retreat. It felt like I tore my shoulder or maybe even my bicep to the point that I had to take pain meds (which I never do). Lifting my arm to any degree was excruciating and thought I would definitely need medical attention once home for recovery.

I was worried. It was my strong arm and I use it a lot.

The day I left, turns out my uber driver is also someone who uses frequency as medicine. During the ride my arm pain started lessening. The next day it was at 50% and by Sunday, it was as if nothing ever happened! Either the Uber was also a healing vortex, ☺️, or I was releasing debilitating self beliefs and stories of what I am capable of doing and am worthy of (right side = divine masculine). Yes, I do believe that every injury usually has an energetic and/or emotional origin as well 😌☺️.

🌊What a wild last 24 hours it was within the portal of this trip!! I feel like the best waves are just beginning to surface. So happy we get to ride it together, tribe!!!

When I get asked if it’s just me running Wild Waters Wellness or if I have a business partner, the answer is always’ “Yes, I have a partner.”

That partner, co-creator, ally, and probably most significant ‘other’ is Nature.

It’s why if I can’t do what I do outside, I find a way to bring the outdoors, in. And it’s why I crave to do even more outside!

I believe that one of the most powerful - foundational - elements to being well and sustaining it, is reuniting with and remembering that the Nature outside of us, is the nature inside of us.

I am still in awe of what can happen with individuals when the mind is calm, the heart is open, and the senses are plugged into the Nature around them.

There are many ways to support a harmonious relationship with Nature - my approach is for you to ‘feel it’ by being immersed in it and seeing yourself as it.

And that healing, recalibration work is also being absorbed by Nature - it loves it! I can literally feel Nature’s joy of being SEEN by you, being REMEMBERED. I feel it’s also part of the whimsical awe you have illuminating your face - the “hard to describe what just happened but I loved it” - I often hear after a session / immersion with me 🥰.

I chose this picture for this post for a few reasons:
💧This photo was taken on the retreat by and each retreatant registration donated significantly to the
💧Nature loves when I play for her - it’s a feeling I get and it can be so powerful, that I am moved to tears (often) while playing.
💧Working in partnership with Nature, with the Miracle Tone 528hz love frequency literally makes me feel like Super Woman😍☺️.

The dress from .on.margaritas (my stylist for this shoot ☺️🥰😘) was a divine intercept as my planned dress wasn’t making it on time. SO much fabric 😆 but SO worth it!!! Thank you B!!!!
And the magnetism coaching and hyping from one of my best friends ignited my confidence to shine while high-glam galavanting in the canyon. 😅🥰😘 ❤️

✨I went to Zion with a big question - the same one that I had almost 15 years ago.

First, the desire is this: Sat Chit Ananada. Sanskrit meaning there is a blissful harmony of your inner world and your outer world. Who you are is reflected in your life around you.

There are some things that are definitely matching this in my life, and there are some pillar things that aren’t caught up yet.

☀️So my question was, how do I support this new life unfolding in me to better be reflected in my daily health, wealth, home, opportunities, and relationships? A leveling up of the current par so to say.

The clarity came from the oracle reading did for us in the quaint, haunted little ghost town outside of Springdale sitting in the grass on a perfect spring day. ☺️ PS- this kind of whimsical daily business will always be a part of me!

✨The answer: New me, new choices. Start now.

Years ago, this level of personal upgrade had me making big moves like moving out of state. Weathered and wiser😆, this time it’s CHOOSING to respond and act daily from this new level of self versus my old version.

💎The first part of the trip reflected my desire and readiness to be in a beautiful partnership with my man. The part with the flight fiascos gave me the opportunity to LIVE the higher version of myself. And I did it!!🙌🙌🙌🙌 Woot Woot! It felt like the world opened up to me when I could meet it with trust, a sense of adventure, and a perspective that fed abundance versus feeding the negative.

One more part to share. I just LOVE these quick deep dives that life offers for one’s journey!

✈️How my day started as I left the retreat and began embarking on the journey into everyday life. 🥹 Again, this chapter of my life has been a soul deep re-uniting with my fire side, my solar energy, my Divine Masculine.

☀️In my life, there have been many moments that I know are Divinely orchestrated. This whole day was filled with them! And the first moment was an unexpected moment face to face, heart to heart with literally the Divine Masculine - a man!☺️

💎Having been mostly immersed in coastal living and culture, the waters that carve out a canyon took me by the wildest surprise. I spent the last 8 days submerged in different waters - both mineral springs AND rivers - both flowing in front of me and a memory imprinted forever on the landscape. There is something about Water’s Wisdoms coming from the canyons that makes the millions of years seem not so far away and foreign.

I can’t wait to share the energy of these Waters with you in our sessions!

The legacy of the wild waters of ancient timelines has me 🔥 !

My heart is overflowing🥹My perspective, inspired and expanded. My body, hydrated beyond water!

That is the gift of the canyons.
Rivers carving into Earth.
Thousands of years.
Countless strokes.
Lush with stories for lifetimes. From lifetimes.

Reflecting the captivating beauty and wonderment of a life lived on the Earth, IN the body -
All the colors,
All the textures,
All the scars,
All the mysteries yet to be discovered,
All the well-traveled paths,
All the wisdoms,
All the glories.

Literally attracting 5 million visitors a year, is our reminder that though we are in chapter of our species that is struggling with major foundational structures, it is LITERALLY IN OUR DNA to know what is right, what is good, what is our origin. There is a reason we are guided by our heart back to Nature.

So many cultures, together, peacefully in Nature, daily. Getting healthier. Tending the soul and the body. Harmonizing.

National parks are sacred for many reasons, and maybe in our present world, it is this simple reflection that is most valuable for us to recognize.

I love you, Zion! Thank you for all you have shown to me these past few days.

🩷The Heart Chakra🩷

In 2013 I lived with a roommate in the PNW who’s entire business and personal conviction was ‘Love’.

My teacher for a VERY significant part of my life had literally become my roommate. Reminder - a good amount of pivotal education happens outside of organizations and is in unexpected real-life meetings. Keep your senses open for your’s!

At the core of what I do and who we are is Love. I believe that if that energetic center is good, the rest will follow.

It is the foundation. It’s also the intersection where all the energies from inside and upside, lower body and upper body, meet.
