Welcome back to part 5 of our ICS series! 🧠💡 In today’s video 📹Keila breaks down Dr. Sharynne McLeod’s 2020 study from our previous video (go check it out if you haven’t 😉).
What Dr. McLeod discovered is that even with over 4,000 children spanning 14 countries & languages, the ICS was a key tool used which pointed to a possible speech sound disorder if the children were rarely or sometimes understood in both community and home language 🤯
The work has been done 🫡 by 5 children should be understood, even by strangers! Why would you NOT use this easy and quick tool to help during your assessments? 🤔
