This deeply restorative event weaves together intentional rituals, meditation, and sound healing to create a powerful energetic reset.

✨ What to Expect

🕉️Burning Bowl Ritual -
Bring photos/ business cards/ pictures from magazines that represent what you want to rid yourself of in 2026 or write it down and bring it with. We will release those things into the fire and Rose yourself of old patterns/ limitations/peoplthings that no longer serve you.

🕉️Intention Setting -
Either from home or while you are at the studio. Write your self a little love letter. Tell yourself about all of your positive attributes (have a good friend help you 😉, we are often to hard on ourselves) and write down your intentions for 2026 (not resolutions just intentions, general directions you want to move in, goals you may have, things you would like to see happen). I will provide you with a stamped envelope - you place the letter in the envelope, seal it, and leave it with me. I will mail that out to you in June and you can remind yourself of how truly amazing you really are and check in with those intentions - maybe you achieved it, maybe you're on your way, maybe you changed your mind, possibly you forgot (if you did, and if you still want to do it - there is still plenty of time).

25–30 Minute Guided Ho‘oponopono Meditation.
Experience this sacred Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and letting go.

Meagan had a fantastic first class last night at Roses Poses. An amazing group of souls were able to connect with their inner "Mermaid". Our next Sound Bath will be January 10th - "Release, Invite, Rest, & Reset". This will not only be the sound bath, but will also include a burning bowl, intention setting, and guided meditation. More details coming soon on that!
