Malasana, or yogi squat, doesn’t need to look one way to be valuable.
Heels lifted.
Support underneath you.
Sitting higher.
Sitting lower.
Or choosing a different shape entirely.
The practice isn’t about forcing yourself into a pose.
It’s about listening to your body, meeting yourself where you are, and choosing what feels supportive today.
There is no right way.
