Due to poor road conditions, today’s 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. yoga classes are canceled. Your safety is always the priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Classes will resume next Monday at the same times, and we look forward to welcoming you back for a grounding, restorative start to your week.
